Learn From an Ethical Breeding Program
For many people, volunteering is also an opportunity to learn. You will gain first-hand experience seeing how an ethical breeder operates and how much work, dedication, and care goes into raising healthy, well-socialized dogs.
You can learn about proper grooming, exercise, conditioning, nutrition, training, puppy development, and canine socialization from people who live and breathe dogs every day.
You may also meet award-winning show dogs and see what separates a carefully planned breeding program from large-scale commercial operations or backyard breeding.

Minor Volunteer Note
Approved minors follow strict safety rules.
Central Texas Husky welcomes approved minor volunteers only under strict safety guidelines. A parent or legal guardian must complete the required paperwork, attend orientation, and remain involved according to our volunteer policies. Minor volunteers may be limited to age-appropriate tasks.

Schedule your orientation and volunteering time
Once the form is received, we will coordinate orientation and find a volunteer time that works for the kennel schedule.
